By using our Site, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use page, which establishes the use, disclaimers, and limitations of liability governing the use of the Site. We use non-identifying and aggregated information to better design our Site and for business and administrative purposes. We may also use or share with third parties for any purpose aggregated data that contains no personal information. If you are in the EEA/UK, the aggregation of the personal information is carried out where in our legitimate interests for the management of our business.

Third parties to host the Site, operate various features available on the Site, provide information security services, send emails, analyze data, and provide search results and links, such as iCIMS, who have legal obligations to refrain from disclosure and use unauthorized by us

The Site may use “cookies” and other tracking technologies in order to store user-provided information. Cookies are pieces of information sent by a web server to a user’s browser. Our Site does not respond to “do not track” signals. But we do not track your activities online across third-party websites. We also do not permit third parties to track your online activity over time across websites.

We maintain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot assure you that your information will never be disclosed or accessed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

(8) Email Choice/Opt-out

You can opt-out from receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails we send you. Alternatively, you may send an email to privacy@wuxiapptec.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to implement your opt-out requests promptly and in any event within a month of receipt of the request, but you may still receive communications from us for up to ten business days as we process your request.

For the purposes of European data protection laws, we are the controller of your personal information.

right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information;

We will respond to your request as soon as practicable and in any event within one month after receipt of your request. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by two months and we will tell you why. We may request proof of identification to verify your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal information with the supervisory authority.

Transfers outside of the EEA/UK: We are located in China, so personal information you submit via our Site may be transferred to China. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to this transfer to China, which your country may not consider to provide for adequate privacy protections. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

(10) Your California Privacy Rights

California law entitles California residents to request certain information concerning a businesses’ disclosure of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to other websites to which we may link. We provide these links for your convenience and information. These links do not represent our affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of the information on third party sites. We are not responsible for any use of those sites or those sites’ privacy policies or practices.

We provide products and services through resources all over the world, and may have a business need to share your personal information with third parties located outside of China. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to this transfer of your personal information outside of China. We will take appropriate measures as required by applicable laws and regulations in China to protect your personal information before the cross-border transfer. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes through a notification on the Site, and such change will only apply to information collected after the revised Privacy Policy takes effect.
